H.O.W. began as a question between two people: what would it take to build the circle we each wished we had? It is now an institution of over 300 members, with a leadership team, a governing council, and a mandate that outlasts any one of us.
Meeting the right people is rare. Keeping them close is rarer still. No matter how accomplished you become, the right circle can still open new knowledge, new opportunity, and new ways forward.
To have that circle in a lifetime is a rare kind of luck. Everything we do is an attempt to engineer it — through curation, through culture, and through relentless care for a community worth returning to.
